Supreme Court, which ruled on the unconstitutionality of the decision of the landmark in time, and in September of the previous year.

The output of the indigenous organizations of the Chamber of Conciliation takes place after the first encounter, in which the leaders have been the target of discrimination, and the Supreme does not comply with the terms and conditions of participation of indigenous peoples in discussions, and ignoring the claims of the indigenous movement within the stock, which discusses the law on the SUPREME court.

“There is a demand for the APIB for it to be led by the minister of the rapporteur, Edson Fachin. But the prime minister Gilmar did not respond to the request. I understand that we’re still going to suffer persecution, the major threat, but we’re not going to give up our land. In the framework of time, we don’t exist,” said Edinho the Baptist, the leader of the general Council of the Indian state of Roraima (CIR), during a press conference.

For indigenous peoples, and to start a constructive dialogue, it is critical for the immediate suspension of the law, 14.701, and that it’s unconstitutional, and it is already causing uncertainty and the rise of violence in our communities.

To determine the date of 1988, the threshold for the demarcation of the territories, the law violates the Constitution, Federal government, which recognizes the right of originating from the indigenous peoples to their lands, and there is a date to mark in time.
